What do travel credits and loyalty points mean?

Travel credits are rewards you earn on every booking with a VIP, Plus or Elite membership. They lower the price of your next booking: for example, 1,000 travel credits earned on a hotel reduce your next booking by $10.

Loyalty points are exclusive to Plus and Elite memberships. They are worth the same as the monthly fee: an Elite member earns 120 new points every month. Each point is worth $1 and can be redeemed against the final price of your bookings.
